Different Types on Naps and its Effects

THE NANO-NAP (10-20 seconds)
Sleep studies haven't found any benefits of nano-naps. Nano-naps are when you nod off for a few seconds, ex. on the train.

MICRO-NAP (2-5 minutes)
Good for shedding sleepiness

MINI-NAP (5-20 minutes)
Increases alertness, stamina, motor learning and motor performance

THE ORIGINAL POWER-NAP (20 minutes)
Includes the benefits of Micro and Mini, additionally improves muscle memory and clears brain of useless build-up info which helps long-term memory (remembering facts, events, names)

THE LAZY MAN'S NAP (50-90 minutes)
Includes slow-wave plus REM, good for improving perceptual processing, also when the system is flooded with human-growth hormone; great for repairing bones and muscles.
